Seasonal Cuisine

Blessed with four distinct seasons, Japan offers an ever-changing bounty of ingredients at their peak.
Just as the scenery shifts from spring to summer, autumn to winter, so too does the cuisine at Nagomitsuki reflect the rhythm of the seasons.
From the finest catches of sea and mountain at their seasonal best, we carefully select the day’s most exceptional ingredients and prepare them to highlight the true flavors of the moment.
