What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
(Guests with dinner-inclusive plans are requested to arrive by 6:00 PM.)
Check-out: 10:00 AM -
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes. Both early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) per person, per hour.

Do all rooms have open-air baths?
Yes. All guest rooms are equipped with a semi-open-air bath featuring 100% free-flowing natural hot spring water.

Is there a large public bath?
Yes. We have one large public bath for men and one for women.
Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM the following morning. -
Do you have rooms with larger beds?
Yes. The bed sizes in each room type are as follows:
Twin Room: Two single beds (194 cm × 103 cm each)
Double Room: One double bed (194 cm × 140 cm) -
Are there any smoking rooms?
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Please use the designated smoking area on the first floor. -
Are children allowed to stay?
We apologize, but we kindly ask that children aged 12 and under refrain from staying at our property.

When do cancellation or change fees apply?
Cancellation and modification fees apply from 7 days prior to your stay.

Is it possible to change my room type?
Yes, changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us by phone.

How much is the bathing tax?
For overnight guests, the bathing tax is ¥250 per person.

What time is dinner served?
Dinner is served from 6:00 PM.
If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact the property in advance.

What kind of cuisine is served?
We offer the traditional kaiseki course featuring fresh seafood caught in the Bungo Channel, located between Shikoku and Kyushu.

Do you accommodate food allergies?
Guests with food allergies are kindly requested to inform us at least 3 days prior to their stay.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests related to food preferences, disliked ingredients, or special diets such as vegetarian meals. -
Do you offer cakes, flowers, or other options for special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays?
Yes. If you apply at least 5 days prior to your stay, we can arrange cakes and flowers for an additional fee.
You are also welcome to bring items with you or place an order online and have them delivered directly to the property.
In such cases, please note that cash-on-delivery or collect-on-delivery shipments cannot be accepted.
Kindly ensure that all deliveries are prepaid and arrive by the morning of your check-in date. -
I cannot eat raw fish. Can you accommodate this request?
Yes. Please contact us at least 3 days prior to your stay.
We will do our best to accommodate you with alternative dishes if possible.

What is served for breakfast during consecutive stays?
On the first morning, a Japanese-style breakfast is served, and on the second morning, a Western-style breakfast is provided.
Please note that depending on ingredient availability, the order may be reversed, with a Western-style breakfast on the first day and a Japanese-style breakfast on the second day.

Is a shuttle service available?
Yes. We offer a complimentary shuttle service between Beppu Station and our property.
Advance reservation is required by 17:00 on the day before your arrival. Please contact the Reservation Center.
Please note that the complimentary shuttle service is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available depending on reservation status. Thank you for your understanding.

Where is the shuttle pick-up location and what are the times?
Pick-up location: In front of the FamilyMart at Beppu Station East Exit
Times: 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
Advance reservation is required by 5:00 PM on the day before your arrival. -
Is complimentary parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available on the left side when facing the main entrance. No reservation is required.
If the parking area is full, we will direct you to a secondary parking lot. Please ask a staff member for assistance. -
